Special Event Services


WILL CALL

For smaller or last minute orders we offer our convenient Will-Call Service. Our professional in-store staff will assist you to load or unload your rental items. This service is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

FURNITURE SETUP & TAKEDOWN

Upon delivery and pickup, our drivers can set up and take down tables and chairs for you. The cost for the service starts at $2.00 per chair and $3.00 per table. This service can only be added at the time of booking your reservation.

SITE INSPECTIONS

Apex Event Rentals conducts comprehensive site inspections for all tents, staging, and flooring requests. Our friendly and professional installation staff will meet you to review your event needs and requirements as well as to recommend the best size and style of tenting, staging or flooring for your event. A fee of $250.00 is charged for each site inspection, which is applied to your order upon confirmation.

FLOOR PLANS

For large or tented events, Apex Event Rentals can offer you a professional CAD drawing of the layout of your event. Provide us with room dimensions or outdoor space and we can provide you with a "to scale" drawing of your event, complete with tables, chairs, dance floors, and/or staging laid out.
